This finding highlights that operational improvements should prioritize reducing face unavailability and improving critical services. The Pareto analysis indicates that the main delay causes account for most of the unproductive time. In general, lower performance is observed in the night shift, which may be associated with fatigue, reduced supervision, and operational restrictions.
