Note: To give extra teeth to ICCC, a Voice communication system establishing two- way communication between ICCC and 30 busy locations in mines using IP network have been implemented (refer the diagram) Chapter 2: Impact of ICCC (Before & After) analysis Domain Before ICCC After ICCC Operations 1. Depended on physical inspections and ground-level feedback. 2. No real-time centralized access to monitor haul roads, OB faces, benches, dumps, blasting, HEMM movement, or water evacuation. 3. Certain mine locations were inaccessible for physical inspection. 1. PTZ cameras and drones enable realtime monitoring of coal extraction, HEMM movement, water evacuation, and mine conditions. 2. By enabling remote monitoring, virtual inspections reduced dependency on frequent manual visits and ensured accessibility even in difficult terrains. 3. Real-time virtual inspection through drone based aerial survey eliminates the need for physical visits to remote or unsafe areas while also ensuring 100% coverage of mining zones. Logistics & Dispatch 1. CCTV at weighbridges/ check-posts operated in isolation; no centralized monitoring or AI/ML analytics. 2. Human intervention (Manual punching of data) in weighment and boom barrier caused delays and errors. 1. IP cameras integrated at ICCC for centralized monitoring. 2.
