Execution, Validation and Closure of the REM Cycle Complete the monitoring cycle by confirming the actual status of the equipment after applying the recommendations. • OS Tracking and Notifications: Confirmation of progress, execution, and closure by the client. • Technical execution of OS: Application of the corrective, physical inspection, functional tests and validation of conditions. • Post-PM Report: Final report prepared by REM, which includes evidence (data, photos, readings, feedback) and comparison of before and after conditions. 3.
