FERTILITY (F) Fertility proxies were derived from geological polygon datasets representing: Mara Formation, Anta Formation, Andahuaylas–Yauri Batholith These units were selected based on their spatial and genetic association with Eocene–Oligocene magmatism and carbonate sequences relevant to porphyry–skarn systems. Fertility was therefore expressed as permissive magmatic–lithological domains rather than geochemical parameters, due to the regional nature of the available data. 2.1.2. GEODYNAMICS (G) Explicit geodynamic parameters were not modeled independently at this scale. Large-scale tectonic variables such as convergence rates, subduction angles, and plate reconstructions were not incorporated due to resolution limitations and the risk of overgeneralization at provincial scale. Major trans-lithospheric structures were instead integrated within the Architecture component, as their spatial expression provides a mappable proxy for lithospheric-scale controls. Future implementations at continental scale may benefit from incorporating plate kinematic reconstructions, obliquity parameters, and slab geometry models as higher-order predictors. 2.1.3. ARCHITECTURE (A) Architectural proxies included: Trans-lithospheric fault systems, Transverse faults, Longitudinal fault corridors, Structural lineaments classified by orientation. Distance-to-structure rasters were generated to represent structural influence. A 5 km Euclidean buffer was applied to secondary structures, while a 20 km buffer was assigned to major longitudinal and transverse faults to reflect their interpreted lithospheric-scale control.
