Figure 3 – AI Analysis Processes 5. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION Implementing the AIM model in a polymetallic operation enabled comprehensive risk management, supported by solid security and financial data. 7.1. Health, Safety and Wellbeing (SSB) Outcomes The model's greatest achievement was the transformation of the risk profile in highly critical areas: • Exposure Reduction: More than 650 man-hours of direct exposure to work at height and in confined spaces were eliminated. • Workplace Wellbeing: The integrity "Heat Map" improved operators' perception of safety. Knowing that the massive support structures had been digitally validated reduced stress levels associated with structural uncertainty in high-vibration areas. • Fatality Control: Conditions that could lead to collapse were detected, allowing for preventative closures. Table 1 – Health and Safety KPIs: Before vs. After the AIM Model Security Indicator Conventional Method Proactive Model Improvement HH of exposure at height High (Massive scaffolding) Back of neck case (Remote control) -95% Time spent in critical areas Prolonged (Hours) Minimum (Flight Minutes) -88% Accuracy in defect detection Variable (Human bias) High (AI Objectivity) +45%
