ESG Governance, Community Interface and Water Stewardship ESG governance is institutionalised through Board-level oversight and dedicated policy frameworks. Community development programmes address rehabilitation and resettlement, skill development, healthcare, education, and livelihood generation. A distinctive aspect of value creation lies in mine water management, where depressurisation water is treated and utilised for irrigation over 25,000–40,000 acres, potable water supply to over 7.9 lakh people, and strategic drinking water support to Chennai and surrounding regions, reinforcing social licence to operate.
