Track 4: Coal

215 Figure 7 - Schematic diagram of gravity-driven slag removal shaft excavation using a pilot shaft type. 3. Construction of an Integrated Well-Construction Technology System Based on geological assurance technologies such as geological exploration, formation structure, or physical modification, and through the analysis of pilot hole, pilot shaft, enlargement, and support technologies, as well as the optimized combination of different processes, a gravity-driven slag removal shaft-sinking technology suitable for different formation conditions and engineering applications has been constructed. The process system composition of various integrated well-construction technologies (Table 1) includes singlestage enlargement well-construction using a raise boring machine, reverse drilling wellconstruction using a raise boring machine, multiple enlargement well-construction using an upward raise boring machine, shaft-driven shaft enlargement well-construction using a shaftdriven slag removal system, and large-diameter shaft-construction using a pilot shaft with slag removal.
