237 2.3 System Module Design and Development Architecture The hydraulic support attitude perception and simulation system consists of six core modules: the Physical Space, the Real-time Monitoring Module, the Information Space, the SQL Twin Database, the Digital Twin Modeling Module, and the Data Visualization Module. The system architecture is illustrated in Figure 4. Figure 4 - Development architecture of attitude perception and control simulation system for supports 2.3.1 Physical Space The Physical Space serves as the foundational layer of the system, directly corresponding to the actual working environment. In this system, it primarily refers to the physical hydraulic support entities and the experimental platform. The core function of this module is to mirror and record the state of physical entities on-site, including the spatial position, posture of the hydraulic supports, and relevant ambient parameters. 2.3.2 Real-time Monitoring Module This module is tightly coupled with the Physical Space. It continuously collects realtime data from physical entities via various deployed sensors, such as those for temperature, pressure, displacement, and inclination. This data forms the fundamental basis for the system's state assessment and decision-making responses and is crucial for real-time monitoring of the hydraulic supports' operational status. 2.3.3 Information Space The Information Space acts as the hub for data flow and communication within the system. Raw data from the Real-time Monitoring Module converges here for preliminary processing, fusion, and analysis. It provides processed and standardized data to subsequent modules, serving as a bridge between data acquisition and higher-level applications. 2.3.4 SQL Twin Database As the central data storage and management core of the system, the SQL Twin Database is responsible for the persistent storage and efficient management of all data transmitted from the Information Space. It not only supplies the necessary data input for the Digital Twin Modeling Module but also supports long-term data archiving, rapid retrieval, and
