264 speed and drum load were adjusted to match roof behavior and coal-wall conditions, while the scraper conveyor accommodated large and highly variable coal flow without interruption. This coordinated operation effectively reduced load fluctuations and minimized dynamic impacts on the system. 4.3 Field Commissioning and Operational Stability System commissioning was conducted in stages, beginning with low-advance-rate operation and gradually transitioning to full-capacity production. Particular attention was paid to roof behavior, coal-wall stability, support loading characteristics, and equipment response under strong mining-induced stress. Field observations demonstrated that the integrated system maintained stable roof control, effective coal-wall protection, and reliable coal transportation throughout the advancing process. No large-scale roof failures or uncontrolled coal-wall collapses occurred, confirming that the integrated design and coordinated operation strategy were suitable for sustained 10-m mining. A representative photograph of on-site operation of the 10-m longwall face is shown in Fig.5, from which the scale of the mining height and equipment can be identified.
