Figure 1-Tension comparison between head centralized drive and distributed drive Dynamic Characteristics of Complete Machine under Complex Working Conditions To ensure the stability of the super-high-power long-distance belt conveyor during startup, stop and operation, a dynamic model of the whole machine based on the improved three element viscoelastic model is established, and a special dynamic analysis software is developed. The dynamic characteristics of no-load, full load start-up and stop, and operation conditions are analyzed, by using this software and foreign commercial software(Mark Alspaugh, 2022). The control curve and design parameters are optimized, and the whole process of material loading and unloading is simulated. The results show that the system has a smooth start stop speed curve, stable tension control, and balanced force distribution on the drum. The drum force curve under full load starting condition is shown in Figure 2, and the soft start stop speed curve is shown in Figure 3.
