277 CONCLUSIONS Aiming at the huge continuous transportation demand for the main inclined shaft of Kekegai coal mine of Yanchang Petroleum in Shaanxi Province, which has a transportation distance of nearly 5500m, a lifting height of 520m, and an annual production capacity of 25Mt, this research has overcome many core technologies, such as dynamic characteristics of complex working conditions, distributed drive optimization, drive cooperative control and highly reliable communication, digital twin predictive maintenance. China's first DTL200/550/G3×3150+3×3150S ultra-high-power, intelligent, and highly efficient main inclined shaft belt conveyor system is successfully developed, realizing a major breakthrough in the intelligent transportation equipment for the main inclined shaft of 10 million tons of coal mine. The equipment has set a new record for the belt conveyor in the main inclined shaft of China's 10 million ton coal mine in terms of lifting height of 520m, belt strength of ST/S7000, and driving power of 6×3150kW. It fills the technological gap in China, sets a new benchmark in the industry, and provides a safe, efficient and reliable intelligent continuous transportation solution for China's 10 million tons intelligent mine construction.
