(MCP), located in Lima, conceived as the catalyst to maximize value creation through "Integrated Execution" in the Mining Unit, which is located 160 km away, based on the Value Stream Management (VSM) 5.0. "The Mine-to-Marketing & Tailings Lean Pull Value Stream Management 5.0 model referenced here was created and developed by the author in 2015, grounded in experience and learnings accumulated since 2000 in continuous improvement and cultural change management across ten different mining companies." 86
