The objective was to reduce the granulometry from 430 mm to 150 mm and neutralize the lamellarity of the ore. Under a fast-track methodology, the project was completed in ten months, including 8.5 months of fabrication, assembly and commissioning in spaceconstrained areas, ensuring the suitability of the material before its transfer to the long-distance conveyor belt. 2. SCOPE This research analyzes the S11D Project under the pillars of Innovation, Circularity, and Recovery through modular stations. In Innovation, modular architecture and parallel manufacturing reduced assembly by 28%. In Circularity, the use of skid-type bases AISC-2016 replaced civil infrastructure, allowing asset relocation. In Recovery, the 9.5 km LDC was stabilized, reaching 2,200 t/h through granulometric control (150 mm) and lamellarity reduction. The study validates mobile structures to optimize the life cycle and operational continuity in largescale mining.
