The model identified two practical actions: VFD tuning of the concentrate conveyor (TR-2030) and improved control of cyclone feed sump variability. These measures reduce local instability and support short-term throughput improvement, but they are insufficient to overcome the structural bottlenecks that define the sustainable capacity limit of the plant. 4.6 Optimal Point Selection (Sweet Spot) To determine the effective investment limit, the Unitary Value at Cost (VAC) was used as the deciding metric.
