261 Fig.3 Structural configuration of the 10-m ultra-large-height hydraulic shield. 3.3 10-m Cutting-Height Shearer and Ultra-Large-Capacity Conveying System Single-pass cutting of a 10-m coal seam requires a shearer with exceptional stability, power capacity, and reliability. A 10-m cutting-height shearer was developed, featuring a long rocker arm, high-installed cutting drums, and optimized structural stiffness to maintain operational stability under high cutting loads. The technical parameters of the shearer are listed in Table 1. Zonal lubrication and distributed cooling technologies were applied to ensure reliable operation of key transmission components during continuous high-intensity cutting.
