273 Figure 7-Prototype of the loosening device The device is based on electro-hydraulic collaborative control, balanced entrainment and tension technology, and adopts the synchronous control strategy of fixed entrainment pair three oil cylinders and mobile entrainment pair dual oil cylinders. The device can realize safe and efficient step-by-step operation under the tension force of more than 1000kN, and the efficiency is increased by more than 80%. It only needs 2-3 people to complete the operation, which improves the traditional high-risk operation mode. Mechanism of Unpowered Dust Suppression and Dedusting at Transfer Points Aiming at the problems of high coal dust concentration and easy blockage at the transfer point of underground conveyor, the computational fluid dynamics and discrete element coupling simulation method is used, to analyze the coal flow characteristics and coal dust movement law. A negative pressure self circulation unpowered dust suppression and removal device is developed. The numerical simulation results are shown in Figure 8. The device reduces the coal dust concentration at the transfer points by 90%, and effectively improves the underground operation environment.
