Track 4: Coal

84 digitally enabled coal production capacity should exceed 60%. By 2030, a complete digital technology, equipment, and management system should be established, achieving data integration and automated mining operations. All licensed operating mines must be designed, constructed, and operated according to low-carbon and sustainable mine standards. Key achievements include: 3.1 Digital Coal Mining Carried out technological research and equipment upgrades: Focused on core technologies such as transparent geology, intelligent mining and excavation, and mining robots. Promoted the construction of a 5G+Industrial Internet+Digital Twin foundation, achieving remote control, unmanned operation, and the replacement of personnel in high-risk positions. Promoted data collaboration and platform building: Advocated for classified and graded data management and sharing, built an industry data factor market, developed the digital coal economy, and supported intelligent scheduling and predictive maintenance throughout the production process. 3.2 Clean and Efficient Coal Utilization Promoted green mining technologies such as backfill mining, water preservation, and coordinated coal and gas extraction to improve resource recovery rates; promoted the comprehensive utilization of associated resources like coal waste, mine water, and coalbed methane. Implemented actions for clean and efficient coal utilization, increased the proportion of raw coal washing, and strengthened the quality management of commercial coal. Advanced the polygeneration circular economy in modern coal chemical engineering, promoting the transition of coal from a fuel to a high-end chemical raw material. Established an industry carbon emission reduction mechanism and carbon emission accounting system, promoted clean management across the entire industrial chain, and promote waste heat recovery and motor system energy-saving renovations to reduce energy consumption per unit of product. 3.3 Integrated Development of Coal and New Energy Promoted the large-scale application of PV/wind power + energy storage in mining areas, supported the replacement of equipment with electric/hydrogen mining trucks and electric drilling rigs, and built comprehensive charging and discharging stations to increase the use of green electricity. Strengthened electrification renovations, promoted electric boilers and gas oxidation for
