247 (v) Shared objectives but uncoordinated execution: The 16 mapped structures share at least one objective: intergenerational wealth transfer, clean development promotion, or social participation. Recognizing these common goals is the first step for integration. (vi) Central role of the State: The public sector strategically coordinates and stabilizes funds, aligning sovereign, royalty, environmental, and TAC structures, ensuring wealth transfer, guiding investments, mediating interests, and directing resources for economic, regional, and ecological development. 4. CONCLUSION The text highlights a positive agenda for strategic coordination among different structures allocating public revenues from natural resources, aiming for standardized governance, transparency, long-term planning, and socio-environmental risk management. Society, as the collective revenue holder, should benefit intergenerationally from economic, regional, ecological, and climate gains. Key agendas include: • Accelerating rapid and large-scale responses to the climate emergency; • Attracting international donors and non-reimbursable funds (blended finance) for green innovation and PES; • Using public resources to finance high-impact R&D&I; • Ensuring security and stability for populations, territories, private sector, and investors in municipalities with mineral royalties; • Promoting new endowment structures in Brazil with regional integration to share benefits with affected communities; • Stimulating intergenerational resource transfer in consolidated mineral regions (Carajás, Quadrilátero Ferrífero28) and oil regions (Rio de Janeiro coast). 3.
