Execution Monitoring and Field Validation under Production Conditions Following technical activation and organizational alignment, operational performance was monitored under real production conditions during progressive autonomy deployment. A digital monitoring environment captured real-time drilling metrics, deviation indicators, alert frequency, and system response parameters through centralized supervisory dashboards. Data analysis focused on process stabilization, variability reduction, and supervisory intervention patterns across consecutive drilling sequences. Field evaluations conducted during controlled production windows verified system response, operator interaction stability, and integration with site-level workflows. Identified deviations were addressed prior to stage progression. This monitoring framework ensured continuous validation of operational behavior under real mining conditions.
