Results and Recommendations Results are presented in alignment with the operational and validation KPIs defined in Section 2.6. Comparative analysis was conducted between conventional manual drilling and Auto Pilot-assisted operation under equivalent production conditions. 4.1. Total Grid Time Performance Comparative evaluation of a 100-hole drilling grid yielded the following results: • Manual Operation: 2327 minutes (39 hours) • Auto Pilot Operation: 1503 minutes (25 hours) This corresponds to a reduction of approximately 823 minutes (≈14 hours) per grid, representing a 35% decrease in total execution time. 4.2. Component-Level Time Behavior Time reduction at grid level was associated with measurable stabilization across the following KPIs: • Hole Change Time (T_change) • Active Drilling Time (T_drill) • Overdrilling Time (T_over) • Re-drilling Time (T_re) Reduction in corrective drilling events and smoother hole-to-hole transitions contributed to lower execution dispersion and improved repeatability across consecutive drilling sequences.
