RESULTS FROM FIELD TESTING A series of tests were conducted at a mine site to validate the Intelliplate™ Sensor against the previously defined evaluation criteria. After installing four Intelliplate™ sensors in four filter plates, baseline testing confirmed that the sensors did not produce false positives, demonstrating reliable performance under normal filter press operation. After the base line testing, a 50mm incision was made on one filter cloth and a filter cycle was started. A few moments into the filtration step of the filter cycle, the Intelliplate™ sensor with the cut cloth, reported turbidity by activating the LED in the transmitter. At the same time, the HMI also reported turbidity. It was observed that the plate behind the cut cloth exhibited slurry residue across the entire pip surface of the filter plate. Slurry had passed through the cut in the cloth. In this test, the
