Additionally, during the first ICE sessions, the BIM model was not yet ready, which led to a limited understanding of the project and its objectives. However, the BIM model was subsequently delivered in a timely and reliable manner, enabling its full utilisation for VIPs analysis techniques during the development of the project’s Basic and Detailed Engineering. High participation from key personnel and attendees was achieved in the ICE sessions, resulting in a notable perception of “Delight” according to the User Emotion Diamond from the Stanford Persuasive Technology Lab.
