7. IMPLEMENTATION PLAN AND RESULTS The strategic deployment of the GIO Center is articulated in a three-stage roadmap designed to move toward Integrated Execution and a predictive-prescriptive culture. 1. Phase 1: Readiness (April - September 2025) focuses on establishing institutional bases through the definition of the organizational chart, the budget and the KPIs integrated through the Value Driver Tree (VDT), together with process mapping and assignment of responsibilities under the RACI matrix. 2. Phase 2: Transition (October - December 2025) materializes the operational structure with the implementation of the Integrated Operations, Integrated Planning and Integrated Improvement areas; in parallel, an exhaustive gap analysis of talent and critical profiles is carried out, initiating training programs in AI, analytics and automation. 3. Phase 3: Consolidation (January - June 2026) seeks the sustainability of the model through awareness and communication plans, team building activities and the strengthening of a digital culture based on trust in data, ensuring that change is not only technical but deeply human and organizational.
