Mining Engineer
Holds an MBA from ESAN with a specialization in finance and a Mining Engineering degree from PUCP. A specialist in mining economics, project formulation and evaluation, valuation of mining companies, mining legislation and policy, mineral commercialization, banking, and finance. He has served as Vice Minister of Mining, General Director of Mining, and President of the Mining Council at MINEM. Currently, he works as a university professor.

He has over 26 years of experience in this field. His multifaceted expertise encompasses risk management, mining business controls, cost and financial management, negotiation and dialogue facilitation, process optimization and continuous improvement, training and project management, as well as loss prevention.
